OMFG........I can't believe myself...4 doing that.....
As I woke up from yet another day with flu and dizziness..it is already noontime.....one of the rare mornings which I can actually sleep in late....I can't believe I went straight to the laptop and started watching Iryu Team Medical Dragon (FYI its a Japanese drama). After a while I started to get hungry and I was annoyed by the fact that I am too lazy n poor to go out and get take away...too lazy to cook too.....but there ain't much left in the fridge cause I am going back home soon so I'm trying to clear most of my foodie in the fridge anyway. In the end I choose instant noodles....just to make it look healthier I put spring onion and coriander on top....=_=" and I eat it while watching the drama........After that it is about time to fetch Wenda off to the airport and I went out. We reached the airport at around 3.30pm and had a snack in one of the cafes in the airport. She had a smoked salmon bagel and I took half of it......at around 4.30pm I went to work....Then suddenly I felt something is amiss...........I still could not figure it out what................then all of a sudden I finally realise what is that missing part.................OMFG..............I FORGOTTEN TO BRUSH MY TEETH FOR THE WHOLE FUCKING DAY..........................it is like a volcanic eruption just happened inside my brain.....how da fuck can I forgotten all about that?!?!?!?!?!? This is so so so omfg..........I am so fucking embarrassed....I am so worried that the customer might smell the bad breath..............seriously........It might sound funny but it is not when you have to open your mouth the whole time consciously knowing you are woofing out bad smelling breath to your customer.............awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.............................Luckily I have some chewing gums in my bag to save the day....I mean night.........geeeezzzzz =_="

The Fine Dinning Experince....
A few weeks back, I went to the Loose Box with Verene and her sister Wenda.....hohohoho....I have to tell you this is the very first time I actually am very satisfied with EVERY SINGLE DISH.....it is a painful price to pay as the whole 4 course meal cost around $135 dollars......n tat would be RM378 ....... =_=" I felt like I have just ate gold bars for dinner.... Although I am so brook at that time that I have to practically owe Wenda $30 dollars for that meal .....but we have promise each other that we go there after our exam and I have make the booking way before hand anyway...so its too late to turn back..... But then again...I did not regret a single bit after tat meal....Well I think you will understand why when I show you some of the pictures.
All of the picture here are taken from food sites and the official web from loose box itself...I myself did not take any photo that night cause I am too busy eating.....Sry...LOL....
The whole course splits into 4 part as I have said earlier....it comes with appetizer, entree, main and a desert.
For the appetizer I choose the La Gambas du Golfe D'Exmouth en pate de brick ....LOL...to cut the crap its a Fresh Exmouth Tiger prawn, with basil leaf, pate de brick, cured pineapple and passion fruit sauce.
Well mine does not exactly looks like that but this is one of the pictures I can find anyway....LOL....Mayb they change their presentation of the food every now and then.
As for the entree...I have the Carpaccio de Filet de Boeufto , its some cured beef fillet cut paper thin , basil, parmesan, celeriac, apples, horseradish, sea salt, black pepper and olive oil. I think that dish just exploded in my mouth....the flavours....the crunchiness of the apple and radish....and smooth sauce that goes with the raw beef.....I can only come up with this word to describe the whole dish....OMFG.......I though Japanese are good at raw beef....didn't know the french can do it as well....
As if that is not enough......The main is just arriving.....omg* if I didn't control myself well enough I might just pee in my pants*....LOL....that night I want to be as adventurous as possible...so I pick something that I have not try before which is rabbit meat for main. Le lapin de cabane aux prunes et Calvados..it is a white farmed rabbit, "jamón de serrano", roasted with porcini, served with prunes marinated in calvados.Rabbit and calvados sauce.
Sad enough I can't seem to find the photo for that one....but I found what Wenda is eating so I think I will show you as well....
Her is the La côte de Chevreuil de Margaret River aux choux rouges, Margaret River venison, grilled (rare/medium rare) served on bed of red cabbage and beetroot from our garden with a juniper berry glaze and caramelised pear.
and then here comes the DESERT........OMG..........LOL......I choose the La Tarte au Citron de 'Denis Ruffel' in Paris, its basically a lemon tart with an apple sorbet by the side....all I can say is it makes me change my opinion about lemon tart...I have worked in Dome n the lemon tart there is absolutely sour....so sour that you have to eat it with ice-cream in order to cover that....but this tart is a darling.....not only its not too sour, it have a sweet after taste as well....and the apple sorbet just go nicely with it....and again I can't find the picture...
But I can show you what Verene ate.... she had the Le Nougat Glazé ,French traditional nougat, served frozen with a strawberry coulis and caramel strands
Chocolate crape: Les Crêpes ChocolatinesHomemade crepes filled with frangipani crème, rolled and baked, served with chocolate sauce and home made vanilla ice-cream.
All in all it is a very very satisfying meal. The whole course took us around 2.5 hours to finish. Not only they have fresh bake breads, but they give out fresh salads which are freshly grown by themselves and also sorbet. That night, it seems that we are the only trio that went for fun, most of the people who went there that night are either celebrating their anniversary or birthday or something. LOL...... It is a very nice place, when I say fine dining it is indeed fine cause not only the place is nice but the people who went there actually dress up as well. Girls with dress and guys with collar shirts or some with suites.
It might cost an arm and a leg....but I would say it is definitely worth my hard earn money....
Cheers to Loose Box!!!!
Cheers to Chef Alain Fabregues.

Something Random
Not sure why but sitting on my bed....listening to those chill out oldies make this moment something.....Hmm...How should I describe it...Something that makes me content. I am content with the way life is now. I like my life at this moment looking around my room. I felt like I did archeived something through out these 2 yrs. To others it may be something insignificant but I know I am making baby steps. I am not so sure what my future will holds and brings, but that what makes life interesting isn't it?When you open your eyes the next morning, everything is brand new again. I wish I can go somewhere exotic and have a longweekend. To rest my head abit. hmmm....seems like every sentence is a random one. SOmething my brain wants me to write. I do think that I over stress my brain sometimes. It does not hold alot of capasity...I know..... but still... maybe I do need to take a rest as in stop thinking and worrying about things around me. Or going to happen or happening . I guess sometimes you just have to let things go and be part of the flow. Iknow I want to go agaist it sometimes just to see what will happen. But it require too much strengh that I am unable to give now. Maybe later.....when I hve fully recharge myself....when I am good and well again mentally n physically......
