Mince Lamb with Onions and Short Beans

After a tiring day of work, I guess the only thing I really enjoy doing after that was cooking. Although I'm dead tired, but I still love churning out something and reward myself . Sipping Sauternes and savoring foie gras in one of those high end restaurant beside the Swan River....would be a very inviting thought....but still it can't beat the comfort of my own room with dim lighting and some nice movies or videos on my laptop to go with. As for today, went to pick up some meats from the supermarket for dinner. As usual....I would hunt for something cheap and the deal of the day is mince lamb...hahahaha.....just $3 bucks and I can split it into 3 sections and cook 3 meals out of tat......

Ingrediants:
1. Mince Lamb
2. Onion
3. Short beans
4. Lemon juice

Instractions:

Chocolates......

Yea...talking about chocolate...I bet everyone loves it....but den again....you can become pretty screw up if you eat too much....but still....who can give this up??? a lil bite here and there won't harm rite??? As for this post....I'l tell you some of my favorites......those which I have ate and think it is nice....

Cadbury.....
Yea some ppl told me that its one of the cheapest chocolate around and not so high class...but well...as I can say...not all expensive stuff are good and not all cheap stuff are bad....and cadbury just proves that...I grow up with cadbury...everynow and then I will just buy a bar for myself and savour it after meals...for desert....the one which I favour the most is the fruits and nuts..

Tim Tam
This is some sort of chocolate biscuit....middle is da cookies den covered with chocolate....its a very popular household chocolate biscuit here....and Im addicted to this one too....very nice indeed....especially the original flavour one......when u open the packet...you can actually smell the aroma...with a lil bit of coffee mix with chocolate smell...donno how to describe that...

Neuhaus....
When I was in Belgium...I was told that this brand is like the Ferrari in chocolate world....very powerful and expensive....hahahahha when the locals says so...ofcouse I have to give it a try right???? but hell...the money i paid for that box of neuhaus chocolate can buy me tans of cadbury bar man...dammit...and the end results???? I DON EVEN LIKE IT.....its too sweet for my liking....some complain to me that cadbury is sweet....but imagine this even sweeter....the ones i got was pralines.....incase you donno wut is pralines...its some chocolate which have flavoured cream in the center.....but one thing which I like from them is thier trauffles......its really good.....

these are the too "sweet" pralines

this is the nice traffles......really good...

Yea this time just this 3 brands....later when I find more time I will review more of the ones I like.....

Well one of the stuff that I favor the most is thier "Karaage Chicken Curry"... nice stuff...fried chicken top with japanese curry... After eating tans of those stuff....I finally decided to cook it myself....Went to the nearby asian grocery shop and bought myself some japanese curry mix...

Ingrediants:
1. Japanese curry mix (its in cube form...like those knorr chicken stock cubes)
2. Onions
3. Carrots
4. Potatoes
5. Chicken fillets
6. Cabbage (Optional : its for garnishing or for those who like some extra vegi in thier meals)
7. Tomato (Optional : its for garnishing or for those who like some extra vegi in thier meals)

Intractions:
Firstly, just chop everything into bite size cubes, but dice the onions. Throw the onions into the pan and fried it, den follow by carrots and potatoes.* I'm using a pot for the stir frying* After that pore in some water and like it boil for a while ( to soften the potatoes and carrots). Lastly pore in the sauce mix and chicken and stir it while the sauce get thicken. Remember to throw in the chicken last because it will get over cook. Mine turn out to be perfect...tender and juicy....ahahahahahha just haf to say that im good at this stuff.....
Well if you are DAMN FREE or love fried stuff....just go fry ur chicken instead of throwing it into the curry pot...hahahhaha im too lazy to do that....well mayb some other day....
