Okonomiyaki

out thYeey.....Finally another week of holiday for me.....anyway......damn u guys....always telling me what you guys are eating and doing.....stop making me jealous k.....anyway...im coming bck on Dec 27 officially..hahahahahha i book my ticket already!!!!!!! omg !!!! can't wait......this time its Okonomiyaki...some call it Japanese pancake...nice...i like....taste like Japan.....

Ingrediants:
1. Okonomiyaki power (its just on the shelves very easy to find, especially places which sells japanese grocery or u can use normal flour as well but it wont taste as good tat is)
2. Cabbage (lots of it)
3. Bacon
4. Eggs
5. Water
6. Mozerella cheese

7. Cubic mayonise (Japanese mayo...real good stuff)
8. Okonomiyaki sauce

Directions:
Just mix everything in one big ass bowl except the bacon. Pour enough water to dilute it into a thick mixture...not too watery tou and 3 eggs will do if you use one pack of the Okonomiyaki power ..if u use flour im not so sure tou...hahahahha.....chops all the stuff in cubes...as in the bacon and cabbage. Fry the bacon 1st until it looks crispy, then pour in the mixture. Japanese like it thick so u can have some chunky bits to bite...but i like it thin so its crispy...depands on ur liking...oh yea and sprinkle some mozerella cheese on top too..... after everything is cook n done...spread a layer of okonomiyaki sauce and then the mayonise....those green colour stuff are sea weed which comes with the okonomiyaki powder.

Extended Lamp Chop Post

LOL.....sry about not writing for such a long time...but as I told you guys Im busy with moving and exams n assignments are piling up......so I don have much choice do I? But anyway not that I have alot of time to invent new stuff to cook.....n Im still running low on money to buy some ingrediants which i really wanted to cook.....but its ok this is the best I can come out with...Bon Apetit!

Anyway, this post is not something new anyway. Its just that I have done a better version of the lamb chop from the last post. The way of cooking and ingrediants is just the same, but instead of eating it with sausage and hash brown, I ate it with salad and smash potato instead....so practically Im just showing you this cause it looks really nice the way I put it this time...hope you enjoy looking at it!!! muahahahahaha!!!

P/S: Get some rosemarry leaves or thyme to garnish the lamb and some Parmesan cheese for the salad.....tats bloody good on salad....
