Bake Fish with Rosemary and Lemon Juice


Phew...Finally after exam!!!!!!!!!!!!! yahoo!!!!!!!! but..........when results come out sure die......but at the moment just smell the fresh air n freedom....don really give a damn about them now...
About the dish im gonna post today...its actually done long time ago...but i think its a nice one so il post it up!!!!

Ingredient:
1. Fish (again..basa fillets are the easy one to find around here)
2. Rosemary leaves (fresh nt bottled)
3. Lemon
4. Onions
5. Pepper (Black or White your choice)

Instructions:
Just rub the fish with some salt....slice the lemon into thin slices...pour in some lemon juice n throw in some slice lemon .....slice the onions n put some in.....basically just put everything in will do....n wrap it up in the aluminium foil....put in the oven at 220c for 20mins....n thats it...
As for the other stuff i had on my plate, its just salad...n harsh brown....

Oh ya....tat is nt harsh brown...those are bake potatos.... hahhahaha....just slice them up...sprinkle some salt..oregano leaves...n some chedder cheese...n bake at 230c for 20 min too..

Fried Fish Bake Cheese Rice...

After geting out fr the toilet...errrr...grrrr..stomach started to growl....its time to eat ..hohoho...n i was wondering wut should i cook since im out of stuff ....den after digging n serching for awhile...i found some fish.....kkk i guess i can do somethin nice with tat...since im out of salad...i wont b full with just the fish itself...so tat fried fish bake cheese rice pop up fr my mind...hohoho...its my 1st time trying this out...but it turn out to be nice tou...muhahhaha...

Ingrediants:

1. Fish- any fish fillets will do...but im using basa fillets
2. Cooked Rice
3. Dice bacon
4. Onions
5. Dice tomato fr can
6. Butter
7. Mozzerella Cheese
8. Parmesan Cheese
9.Chedder Cheese

Instructions:
Firstly, cook the rice with dice bacon and butter...it smells real nice when its done...with the aroma of butter n bacon...put as much u like its optional...but if u don wan to become a ballon i suggest u put less butter...

While waiting for the rice...fry the fish...i marinate the fish with just salt n black pepper....before frying it i pated some flour on the fish as well....leave it aside when its half cooked.
As for the sauce, stir fry the onions (dice/ slice ur choice), i added some fresh chili *chili padi* just to spice things up...den i pour in the whole can of dice tomato n season it with salt n throw in half a slice of chedder cheese.





After all those things r ready, put the rice on the aluminium foil....put da fish...n cover it with da sauce....den pour in mozzerella n parmesan cheese on top....bake for 20mins at 220C.

viola!!! there u go...it taste real good man...yea it goes real nice with a glass of ice jasmine green tea...*burp*

Its time to get started....

kkk...since after i move to aussie...i kinda get brook n stuff....n tats why...i did most student will do at this kinda desperate times errr..no not going to the casino nearby to gamble n hope to get more money..but instead....starting to cook my own food....sounds scary eh...yea...n as i haf mention on my profile....most ppl think i can't cook....or better still...don look like someone who can cook...well....as the old saying says...."don't judge a book by its cover".....theres alot of hidden talents tat i do nt care to show doesn't mean i dont posses any....lol...so enough of those crap n lets get started...this will b a place where il post up all the stuff i have cooked....or i wanted to share or i think its worth trying....but all r just base on my own opinions.....
Well today i churn out somethin tat is real fast n easy...lol some salad tat is unheard of but i think its nice...errrr....il call it "cantonese chicken salad"
(some say it looks like rojak)*rojak is a kind of fruit platter mix with some prawn sauce with grinded peanutes on it*
Ingredians:
1. Chicken which haf gravy...errr...means...u can actually get some left over chicken u haf
yesterday n heat it up...tat will do fine...
2. Iceburg lettuce (actually any salad vegi will do)
3. 2 slice of toasted bread cut into cubes
4. onions
5. tomatoes
6. avocadoes
Instructions?
LOL....just throw everythin in.....n place it on a plate...wutelse?? errr yea if u really can't figure wut my chicken means...lol...just grab the olive oil n balsamic vinegar for taste....without the chicken can still b good ....esp for those on diet i guess...




Yeah it looks blur cause i took it with my handphone...yea it looks messy....well i didnt graduate from the gastronomy school...lol...so just bear with my presentation yea....
